A short excerpt about myself

Thanks for looking! This is my travel blog. In my childhood, our major holiday plan was hiking in the mountains. Therefore, I could travel and explore a lot of places and because of that, my euphoria for travelling sparked. One day I want to set foot in every country of our earth and I'm going to document this adventure.

The purpose of this site is my Work & Travel stay in New Zealand. I'm going to fly with a moderate budget and everything that will happen is uncertain. Certain will be a life changing time and I already got a place for my countless escapades.

With a heavy backpack, I'm travelling through New Zealand. My camera is a Sony Alpha 6000 in combination with the standard kit lens SELP1650.Another lens is 20mm wide angle from Tokina. For excellent pictures I need a clean camera sensor and lenses, therefore I'm using a Lenspen from Hama. My memory card is from SanDisk 64GB, of course times two. I apply the finishing touches to my excellent images in Adobe Lightroom. ab.

After my adventures in New Zealand I sold my Sony Alpha 6000 including the kit lens and upgraded to a Sony Alpha 6400. Moreover, I invested in new lens and own these: Samyang 12mm F2.0 NCS CS, Tamron 17-70mm F2.8 Di III-A VC RXD, Tokina 20mm Firin FE MF and the Sony E 55-210mm 4.5-6.3 OSS.

I also left my minimal camping gear in New Zealand and now have a really high-quality set. The centerpiece is the lightweight SlingFin Crossbow 2.This alone has cost me about eight times what I spent in New Zealand... My mattress is the equally lightweight Therm-a-Rest NeoAir XLite NXT and to make sure I never get cold, I wrap myself in the Rab Neutrion 600 sleeping bag.

My sole companion since childhood won't stay at home. My Jungwirth Viennese Horn will see New Zealand too. Maybe there will be a possibility of playing in some orchestras.

Hopefully, will this hobby blogger prove oneself as a helpful source with many memorable experiences.
